Without sitting down and discussing what your unique goals and needs are, we can’t definitively say which class is best for you.
However, our classes are based on the common goals that we hear frequently –
Do you want to move better, particularly around injury or pain? Move Beyond Mediocrity is for you.
Are you over 50, or do you need particularly gentle exercise? Give our Age-ility class a go.
Would love to run better but keep getting injured? Run Free on Monday or Thursday mornings is a class designed to prevent and manage running related injuries (there’s no ACTUAL running in the class)
Want to try yoga but unsure where to start? Our yoga classes are lead by physiotherapist and Yoga instructor Caity. She offers a welcoming class for all abilities!
