I have some tricks that help me to stay accountable to my exercise goals

1. I have a group of people that I commit to train with. Once I tell them I'm in to exercise, they expect me to be there. 
.
2. I schedule my training time in my calendar and stick to it! Committing diary space to exercise like an important meeting means I'm more likely to plan and be prepared to exercise - which leads me to my next point
. 
3.I'm prepared to exercise - I'll pack my gym bag the night before, take extra snacks for pre-or post-workout, I'll have an idea of what I am doing so there is as little time wasted thinking of exercises on the fly (or have someone elected to have my plan for me)
. 
4. Keep it fun and fresh! Having different routines adds variety and keeps me engaged. Mixing up workouts throughout the week, and rewriting programs every few weeks also means I get fitter and stronger while staying engaged. 
.
5. Make it social - in addition to an accountability partner, exercising is one of the few social things that we've been allowed to do during lockdown. Framing the session as a social interaction as well makes it more fulfilling.

Our SG-Movit members are currently training 1:1 (instead of 4:1), but this service of ours integrates all 5 of these tips into it's delivery. It's our favourite offering and we are super proud of it. We'd love to have you along to get back into the swing of regular movement!
We've all cheered on some local Olympic heroes this year at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but we'll be cheering extra loud for Paralympian Rheed McCracken as he gives it a red hot crack this year in wheelchair racing

Our Exercise Physiologist Jacci had the privilege of working with Rheed on some resources for The Healthy Change Village earlier this year. The two of them share a love for travel and all things Disney, so naturally, got on like a house on fire!
